By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy. This policy explains our shipping, delivery, tracking, cancellation and return procedures.

1. GENERAL

All orders are subject to product availability.

We make every effort to keep our stock information accurate. However, a product may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we cannot fulfil all or part of your order, we will contact you and offer one of the following options:

  • Wait for the unavailable product to be restocked.

  • Select an alternative product.

  • Receive a refund for the unavailable product.

We will never substitute a product without your approval.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Available shipping methods and their costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Our current delivery options are:

  • Economy Delivery: 5–8 business days — Free.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days — £15.

The shipping amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost for the selected delivery method.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Our normal operating days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

During busy periods, promotions or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

5. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of weather, courier disruption, public holidays, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
